Accommodation
We have completed extensive and award winning renovation work in 2009. You will have your own fully furnished, underfloor heated private room. You are very welcome to make the room your own with cherished personal items and with your own items of furniture. You will have the choice of en-suite private rooms as well as twin room facilities for couples.
For your peace of mind, all our bedrooms have a nurse call facility installed including intercom, enabling you to speak with, or summon a member of staff should you need assistance. All rooms are secured by a full fire alarm system and have television and telephone points - so it's easy to keep in touch with your family and friends.
Our comfortable lounges have specially designed high backed chairs and offer you a choice of entertainment with a video library and Digital TV. Your visitors are welcomed at Mayfield anytime.
Outside, you can benefit from Mayfield's quiet location. Our sizeable front and back landscaped gardens and secure open-air quadrangle are peaceful havens at your disposal for a tranquil rest outdoors or a refreshing stroll.
In 2022 we completed the construction of an attractive front facing conservatory and patio. This provides a large and bright living space with views over our front garden and towards Fleet Street. The conservatory benefits from the latest adaptive glazing and an integrated sound system.
